Responsibilities:
The Senior Strategy Analyst will play a key role in the strategic planning and strategy execution monitoring activities of the company. He/She will investigate and research new business opportunities and markets; analyze market potential for new products; assist in driving cross functional projects, and support Business Development and Finance in mergers and acquisitions, as needed. He/She will also assist the VP for Strategy Management in conducting and facilitating strategic planning sessions across group of companies, as well as in the development of strategy maps and BSC metrics. The Senior Strategy analyst will also be responsible for analysis of performance versus plans, testing and adapting strategies using profitability analysis, strategy correlations and defining emerging strategies, and provide assistance in strategy and operating reviews.

Business Development Specialist

Position Description:
The Business Development Specialist shall conduct industry studies and develop research material in preparation for presentation to the Business Development Team and Senior Management. He/She shall also conduct research for potential acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures, or other business collaboration. The Business Development Specialist will also track metrics and trends in the industry and environment that are critical for the businesses that the company is engaged in. As he/she develops within the organization, his/her responsibilities will also expand to include conducting valuation studies, developing financial models, and being a member of a multi-functional due diligence team in evaluating projects.

Cadet Engineer

Position Description:
The First Philec Cadet Engineer Program is an intensive two to three year program that consists of on-the-job experience, technical and management skills training, and coaching. Responsibilities:
The Purchasing Engineer will be responsible for acquisition of materials, supplies, equipment and services for the startup company. He/She will also review purchase requisitions for accurate data and appropriate authorization; obtain price quotations; provide assistance in preparing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and contracts; communicate with vendors, requisitioners and staff; compare proposals and evaluate options; and make recommendations for awarding of contracts. Project Design Engineer

- Trained and adept at PV system design, with extensive exposure to and related work experience in PV system installation
- Power industry experience is an advantage

Position Description:
The Project Design Engineer shall be responsible for meeting with customers, visiting and evaluating project site, and gathering technical requirements for the project. He/She shall also be responsible for designing, including technical drawings, cost/system estimations and optimization, small and medium-sized PV or solar systems based on customer requirements.
