First Philec, through a memorandum, announced the ban of single-use plastic in the workplace effective on September 30, 2019. We encourage our employees to swap to reusable containers and tumblers in lieu of single-use plastic when consuming food and beverages so as to lessen waste and limit plastic consumption.

This initiative further supports the company's advocacy on sustainable and responsible growth. Not only do we promote sustainability in the workplace, but also in the day to day life of our people. First Philec is aligned with it's parent company, First Philippine Holdings, in their journey towards sustainability.
