In July 2010, FPSS was incorporated to cater to the end market of the PV Solar Industry. The company focuses on utility, commercial and residential scale photovoltaic applications.

FPSS is an end-to-end provider of solar PV systems which utilize photovoltaic technology to generate electric power from sunlight. Part of the company's expertise are site planning, design, construction and maintenance - all of which are vital processes to the proper operation of these systems.

FPSS can deliver total energy solutions to customers who come from all markets, ranging from property developers to corporate investors.  Its seeks to establish a position of being the LEADING SOLAR INTEGRATOR in the Philippine market.  To this end, it will work provide its customers with the BEST VALUE solar system solutions by focusing on four key areas:  Quality, Cost, Delivery and Technology.

In December 2010, with the Technology Group in the PV Sector, FPSS installed the first PV Solar testbed on the rooftop on First Philec Solar Corporation.
