First Philec's subsidiaries are grouped into two sectors catering to two different industries: the Photovoltaics (PV) Sector and the Electrical Utilities (EU) Sector.
The EU Sector houses different subsidiaries that serve the transmission and distribution transformer market. The subsidiaries under the sector are Philippine Electric Corp. (PHILEC), First Electro Dynamics Corp. (FEDCOR), First Philippine Power Systems (FPPS), and First Philippine Manufacturing Technologies Corp. (FPMTC).
On the other hand, the PV Sector under the First PV Ventures Corp. (FPVVC) houses subsidiaries that support the PV cell manufacturing and systems installation markets. These subsidiaries are the First Philec Solar Corp. (FPSC), First Philec Nexolon Corp. (FPNC), and the First Philec Solar Solutions (FPSS).
