MOBILE SUBSTATION

The first and largest locally-designed mobile substation in the Philippines was produced by Philec and FPMTC for Visayan Electric (VECO) in 2008. The substation has a capacity of 33 MVA and will be used as a backup in the event of substation failure or maintenance works for continuous electric service for customers.
