Accounting and Finance Manager

- Licensed Certified Public Accountant
- With at least 7 years experience in the field/area of Financial Reporting and Analysis including Taxation (in a major role) and Finance (in a minor role) preferably in a manufacturing set-up
- Abreast of current accounting, financial reporting and tax pronouncements; with strong background in consolidation; with knowledge in Cost Accounting; highly proficient in MS Office applications; with background in ERP implementation
- With very good verbal and written communication skills
- With strong work ethics, able to establish good interpersonal relationships with all concerned staff across the enterprise
- With excellent market trend analysis, communications and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
The position will have the responsibility of developing related data flows and structures in order to provide effective management information and information solutions to the Company. He/She will deliver value through regular analyses and forecasts, generation of needed financial data, and submission of timely financial reports. This will involve having to address very tight deadlines. He/She shall implement the internal accounting system and controls and any changes/improvements thereof; work closely with the different Accounting Site Leaders of the operating units, and with concerned personnel for matters related to funding, loan availments and compliance. He/She will take charge of the enterprise yearly budgeting process and submission of reports.

Market Intelligence Leader
Company/Location: First Philec Manufacturing Technologies Corp. /Taytay, Rizal
Qualifications:

- Preferably a graduate of an Engineering course (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Industrial) or a business course (Adminstration/Management/Economics/Marketing)
- With at least 5 years working experience in Business Development, Marketing/Research, or Product Development in an electrical utility company or comparator industry (electronics, automotive)
- Must have a solid understanding of the Sales and Marketing process in the electricals industry
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent

- The Market Intelligence Leader is responsible for actively collecting and monitoring market and product data to provide business management with analyses of trends and developments in service, product and market performance, across geographies, business lines and distribution channels.

Project Engineer
Company/Location: First Philec Solar Solutions Corp. , Ortigas Center, Pasig City, will be assigned to field projects
Qualifications:
- Male or Female
- Graduate of Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering
- Preferably a Licensed Electrical/Electronics Engineer
- With at least 3-5 years experience in the field/area of electrical design or power industry, specializing in project management/design/sales/etc.
- With experience packaging and presenting a project, can understand electrical line diagrams and proficient in CAD softwares
- Trained and adept at PV system design, with extensive exposure to and related work experience in PV system installation
- Power industry experience is an advantage
- Shows strong leadership potential and with good communication and presentation skills
Position Description:
The Design Engineer shall be responsible for meeting with customers, visiting and evaluating project site, and gathering technical requirements for the project. He/She shall also be responsible for designing, including technical drawings, cost/system estimations and optimization, small and medium-sized PV or solar systems based on customer requirements.

Internal Auditor
Company/Location: First Philec/Benpres, Ortigas
Qualifications:
- Male or Female
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant
- With at least 2 years of intensive experience in external/internal audit in a reputable auditing firm
- Able to recommend and implement internal control procedures
- Proficient in the application of accounting/internal auditing standards, procedures and applicable laws/regulations
- With excellent IT skills – MS Office and other ERP systems
- With good communication skills, both verbal and written
- With good process mapping skills and linkage to financial transactions
- Excellent organization, time and project management skills – effective multi-tasking and effective reporting of status of work and time for completion of key steps.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in the preparation and development of an annual audit plan.
- Perform the audit in accordance with professional Internal Auditing standards using the approved audit program.
- Prepare formal detailed audit reports based on audit findings and makes recommendations for reported conditions in order to improve operations.
- Assist in Audit Presentations.
- Conduct follow-up reviews to ensure compliance and implementation of action steps on major control concerns.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Head of Audit and/or CFO in relation to Audit and Systems Division objectives.

Cadet Engineer

Qualifications:

- Work with a due diligence team to evaluate potential joint ventures and acquisitions through validation of project assumptions.
